Join us Saturday morning of the Fog Fest as spectators line the streets to get the best views of all the creative and wonderful floats, marching bands, dance groups and classic & antique vehicles that proceed down Palmetto Ave. beginning at 10am. this 38th year of the Fog Fest!Grand Marshal
We’re excited to announce the Parks, Beaches & Recreation Department as this year’s Grand Marshal, in recognition of their long-standing dedication to inclusive, innovative, and community-centered recreational access. Their programs have brought generations of Pacificans together to play, explore, and connect with our outdoor spaces. Fog Fest is deeply grateful for their impact.Honorary Grand Marshal
We also invited the Pacific Beach Coalition as Honorary Grand Marshal for their tireless efforts to care for all beaches and the Ocean. Their stewardship has helped keep our shoreline clean and healthy for all to enjoy and recreate upon. The California Brown Pelican is their 2025 Earth Honoree.Prizes
$100 and certificate for Best Float $100 and certificate for Best Mini Float $100 and certificate for Best Costumed walking group $100 and certificate for Best Music or Dance Group Prizes are awarded at the Center Stage at Palmetto Ave. and Santa Maria Ave., Sunday morning 10:00 am. The Parade starts Saturday morning at 10:00 am, begins at the south end of Palmetto Avenue and ends at IBL Middle School.See Parade Participant Guidelines
