Day/Four Saturday 12:40 PM
With their first demo/EP “While You Were Sleeping”, the pairing of Masoniq’s powerful and eclectic lyrics with Andres’ energetic and edgy instrumentals create a style that stands out amongst the redundancy of today’s fusion artists. Day/Four are influenced by (yet are not to be compared to) many great acts such as Train, Metalica and Third Eye Blind. Day/Four stands out from these bands, putting the genre of Fusion on the map. www.dayfourband.com

Raised on the banks of the Mississippi River, Doug was captivated by the sounds coming from his AM radio in the 70s. These included Buck Owens, The Beatles, Stevie Wonder and Steely Dan in equal measure. Ever since, he has been applying this love of music to writing and performing his own original compositions. These days, he sounds a little more country but the other influences are not far away. www.dougblumer.com

Thomas Stafford has been singing and entertaining audiences since he was 5 years old. His one-man show is a unique blend of all that Thomas can do as a performer. Using his own pre-recorded arrangements (The Totally Tom Orchestra) and his 4 and 1/2 octave vocal range as background vocals (The Tom Cats), Thomas performs many different styles from Jazz to Country to Motown. Thomas has received rave reviews for his show from Pacifica Tribune Arts Columnist, Jean Bartlett and many others with his high energy, tongue-in-cheek, “don’t take this too seriously” style. This is a show you don’t want to miss. www.tmsoriginals.com
