Find the Mermaid and Cotton Ball Count 2018
Search for the 22 mermaid stickers hidden around Fog Festival on Saturday Sept 29th. Write down their names on the print out sheet and make your way to Florey’s Book Company to guess the amount of cotton balls in the jar. Then turn in your sheet at Florey’s. Sand Sculpture Magic
This magical spectating event attracts festivalgoers all weekend long. Grab your family, friends & neighbors and watch as sand sculpture magic takes place before your eyes. Bill Lewis of Santa Cruz Sand will be creating a sand sculpture masterpiece all day Saturday for all to witness and by the end of the day your eyes will be amazed. The sand sculpture will be on display all day Sunday for festivalgoers to see and take photos.

If you’ve been waiting for the opportunity to express your photographic talents then participate in the Pacific Coast Fog Fest Photo Contest! Cash prizes and all award winners will be invited to participate in a group show in the East Wing Gallery at Sanchez Art Center, late spring/early summer of 2018. Judging will be conducted by members of the Sanchez Art Center, Edwin Hacking, Sharron Walker & Alan Grinberg. All winners will also be displayed Fog Fest weekend at the Art Corner.
This event is presented by the City of Pacifica Parks, Beaches and Recreation Department and Co-sponsored by Pacifica Rotary International and the Pacifica Tribune. The 5 mile jog and 3 mile stride take runners along the beautiful coast of Pacifica. Both the Fog Jog and Stride are held on Sunday, September 30th.
